Subject used in the notification email.

Message used in the notification email.

The new blog domain.

The new blog path.
5. $tokens_title (string)
The tokens title.
6. $tokens_recipient_username (string)
The tokens recipient username.
7. $tokens_recipient_email (string)
The tokens recipient email.

The activation key created in wpmu_signup_blog().

Removed in 2.5; now an empty array.
