Mark membership setup as completed.

Description

apply_filters( 'ms_model_membership_setup_completed', (unknown) $marked, (unknown) $instance ); 

Only purpose of this flag is to display the correct update message to the user: If setup_completed() returns true, then Membership added is displayed, otherwise Membership updated
