do_action( 'jetpack_site_registered', (int) $json_jetpack_id, (string) $json_jetpack_secret, (int|bool) $jetpack_public );

0. $json_jetpack_id (int)
The json jetpack id.
1. $json_jetpack_secret (string)
The json jetpack secret.
2. $jetpack_public (int|bool)
The jetpack public.
