Filters the returned comment date.

apply_filters( 'get_comment_date', (string|int) $date, (string) $d, (WP_Comment) $comment );

Formatted date string or Unix timestamp.
1. $d (string)
The format of the date.
2. $comment (WP_Comment)
The comment object.
